∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ BBA/MBA will be added value.
∎ Graduation from any UGC approved reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sale of Construction Equipment and Earth Moving Equipment like Compactors, Paver, Excavator, Payloader, Grader, Dozer, Tower Crane etc.
∎ Plan and organize the sales activities to achieve monthly & yearly sales target.
∎ Business expansion, upholding friendly bonds with the foreign principal & branding of products.
∎ Search for prospective customers, visit customer's head office and factories frequently to increase rapport with customers to enhance sales volume.
∎ Arrange and conduct campaign for customers to improve brand awareness.
∎ Daily update of CRM (Call Report Management tool) data and follow-up on all customer leads from external and internal sources.
∎ Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances.
∎ Co-ordinate between principal & Runner service team for after sales service & spare parts.
∎ Coordinate commissioning equipment and provide after sales support to customer.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
∎ Good Computer literacy is must especially in MS Office and E-communication.
∎ Prepare and produce necessary reports to the authority time to time.
∎ Capable of sound reporting for executing management decision.
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
