Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree in any discipline from recognized University.
∎ Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical/Electrical/ Power from any public Polytechnic Institute. B.Sc. in Mechanical/ Automobile Engineering will be given preference.
∎ Education qualification may be relaxed for well deserve candidates.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sale of Construction Equipment and Earth Moving Equipment like Soil Compactors, Road Roller, Hydraulic Crane, Backhoe Loader, Pay loader, Excavator, Motor Grader, Dozer etc.
∎ Plan and organize the sales activities to achieve monthly & yearly sales target.
∎ Business expansion, upholding friendly bonds with the foreign principal & branding of products.
∎ Search for prospective customers, visit customer's head office and factories frequently to increase rapport with customers to enhance sales volume.
∎ Arrange and conduct campaign for customers to improve brand awareness.
∎ Daily update data and follow-up on all customer leads from external and internal sources.
∎ Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances.
∎ Co-ordinate between principal & Metal service team for after sales service & spare parts.
∎ Coordinate commissioning equipment and provide after sales support to customers.
∎ To perform any other assignment as assigned by the authority from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
∎ Good Computer literacy is must especially in MS Office and E-communication.
∎ Prepare and produce necessary reports to the authority time to time.
∎ Capable of sound reporting for executing management decision.
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
∎ Should have positive attitude.
Salary: Negotiable
