∎ Age at least 22 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Credit Recovery or Collection Executive/Sr Executive is responsible for providing support to the organization with particular emphasis on the collection of revenue and management of finance.
∎ The position liaises directly with clients, issues invoices/notices, negotiate on outstanding payments and where necessary initiates recovery action.
∎ Collecting installment from clients/customers regularly in an amicable way and depositing it companies account properly.
∎ Taking care of Credit Vehicles and Clients/Customers by activities and advice.
∎ Taking the challenges to meet the Credit Recovery target and report to the Management.
∎ Ensure documentation of all collection related reports work plans and office correspondence.
∎ Proper management of seized vehicles.Assist supervisor in the event of a recovery crisis and/or any other crucial situation.
∎ Ensure necessary arrangements for various inspection & verification of customers and check the forms and formats accurately.
∎ Prepare regular recovery reports as directed by the supervisor.
