∎ The company is looking for few Self-driven, enthusiastic & morally strong Sales personnel for its operation. The appropriate candidate should have the ability of selling Residential Apartment sales.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent have to visit corporate/individual prospect.
∎ Creating new group of prospect to accrue the sales target.
∎ Building a strong relationship with the prospect.
∎ Have to achieve individual monthly/ quarterly sales target.
∎ Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning & execution.
∎ Expected to be target oriented and ensure the achievement on time.
∎ To prepare sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
∎ To provide weekly & monthly report to his superior regarding sales performance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
