Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintain & follow up all types of sales and marketing related activities on a daily and monthly basis.

  • Prepare daily reports and submit them to the Head of Sales and Marketing for top management information.

  • Follow up on superior’s instructions, orders, and advice at all times.

  • Maintain excellent behavior with all other departmental officials.

  • Strictly follow and maintain all administrative rules and regulations.

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by authority related to sales, marketing, and credit collection.

  • Be ready to work in both indoor and outdoor sales and marketing activities.

  • Execute all marketing activities as per the organization’s set plan.

  • Enhance staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions.

  • Answer technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members.

  • Improve processes and mentor team members.

  • Identify business opportunities by finding prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.

  • Research and analyze sales options.

  • Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.

  • Recommend solutions to customers.

  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.

  • Research and recommend new opportunities.

  • Recommend profit and service improvements.

  • Identify product improvements or new products by staying updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops and reviewing publications.

  • Build personal networks and benchmark best practices.

  • Participate in professional societies.

  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
