∎ MBA in Accounting/ Finance or any similar discipline.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate having Knowledge in MIS will get priority.
∎ Bangle & English Typing skill with good typing speed will get an extra advantage.
∎ Skill in Report Drafting, Presentation, Analytical Ability, Graphical Statistic making may be given preference.
∎ MS Word, MS Excel, Advance Excel, Power Point, All Power Point Presentation Excuses.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Checking & preparing all types of bills & vouchers (Incentive, TA/DA, Remote allowance, Subsidiary bills, Commission bills, Meeting bills).
∎ Daily Cash Inflow check and entry.
∎ Tally & ERP entry.
∎ Providing all types of party ledger & party account opening.
∎ Damage bills entry and prepare.
∎ Preparing monthly and yearly sales report.
∎ To keep, maintain & update Dealers/ Distributors record time to time.
∎ To maintain close liaison with the Distribution & Inventory Section to ensure timely accurate delivery.
∎ To generate monthly sales accounts reports & submit to Higher Authority.
∎ To ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
∎ To minimize the GAP between the Dealer & the Distribution Team.
∎ To take the initiative to resolve any issue that arises in the Dealer/Distributor Tent.
∎ Any other tasks as & when required by the management.
