Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. New infrastructure PAT (UG & OH), data analysis and reporting.
∎ 2. CO & LDP visit, data analysis and reporting.
∎ 3. Active device usage verification physically (if needed) and logically, data analysis and reporting.
∎ 4. Proposed new CO feasibility check and reporting.
∎ 5. Materials usage verification randomly at least 20%, data analysis and reporting with follow-up.
∎ 6. Verify information given in Sentral diagram for the new link, reporting with follow-up.
∎ 7. Core link verification physically for new link and discontinuation, reporting with follow-up.
∎ 8. Materials reconciliation, data analysis and reporting with follow up.
∎ 9. Cross-functional reporting and follow-up of UG work.
