∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures for all stages of the production process, from product design to final inspection.
∎ Conduct regular audits of production processes and finished products to verify that they meet our rigorous quality standards.
∎ Determine and set all product and technical specifications for garments, including construction methods, operational sequences, machinery, attachments, and work methods.
∎ Lead and manage quality control teams and professionals responsible for inspecting and testing products for quality assurance.
∎ Collaborate with customers to address product-related issues, including fit, technical specifications, construction, and raw materials, ensuring their satisfaction.
∎ Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address quality-related issues.
∎ Work closely with design, production, and sales teams to ensure that quality standards are maintained at every stage of the product lifecycle.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and standards, and incorporate these insights into our quality control procedures to remain effective and competitive.

∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
