∎ 3-8 years of experience in the manufacturing & packaging of different Solid & Sterile dosage forms in top tier Pharmaceutical Company.
∎ Strong knowledge of Pharma 4.0 (e.g. eQMS, eBMR/eBPR, SAP etc)
∎ Exposure to any regulatory audits such as US FDA, UK MHRA, EU-GMP, ANVISA Brazil & TGA – Australia.
∎ 3-8 years of experience in the manufacturing & packaging of different Solid & Sterile dosage forms in top tier Pharmaceutical Company.
∎ Strong knowledge of Pharma 4.0 (e.g. eQMS, eBMR/eBPR, SAP etc)
∎ Exposure to any regulatory audits such as US FDA, UK MHRA, EU-GMP, ANVISA Brazil & TGA – Australia.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Installation & Qualification of different Production Equipment & Supervision of different manufacturing & Packaging processes of different dosage forms like Tablets, Capsules,
∎ Powder for suspensions (PFS), Powder for Injections (PFI) & Ampoules/Vials.
∎ Assist in Process Validation & Cleaning Validation of different Solid & Sterile products.
∎ Analyze work Centre wise capacity of the respective machine and scheduling for phase-wise product launching in time.
∎ Ensure accurate and timely documentation (Like URS, SOP, Protocols, Batch documents etc) of all activities related to the new Production (Solid & Sterile) plant project.
∎ Ensure smooth Technology Transfer (TT)/ Site Transfer of existing products & processes.

∎ Job responsibilities:
