Job Context:
∎ Job information: MASTUL FOUNDATION (MF) is looking for an experienced and competent person for public relations, partnership & branding.
∎ Job Location: Dhanmondi 15 Number, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supporting the team to generate funds from the public and private sectors to meet challenging income targets while protecting the organization's reputation, in line with its ethical partnership policies.
∎ Planning and delivering fundraising dinners and events for the individual sponsors, corporate supporters and partners.
∎ Developing event formats and programs and overlooking the events team to ensure the successful delivery of the events.
∎ Writing high-quality external communications documents, such as Memorandum of Understanding, Sponsorship Proposals, Partnership Contracts, monthly updates, emails to corporate partners and supporters, and other marketing materials as required.
∎ Maintaining correspondence and providing high standards of relationship management to existing corporate partners and supporters.
∎ Identifying potential sources of corporate funding and securing new business development meetings with potential partners, supporters or sponsors.
∎ Writing Program proposals, event reports and meeting minutes regularly.
∎ Preparing budgets and communicating with the Finance department.
∎ Research & Find out: Possible donors and partners for MASTUL Project.
∎ Plan, design, supervise and organize campaigns / events / activation / donor visit etc.
∎ Conduct visits & meetings for acquiring new organizational partnerships.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Branding, Networking, Documentation, Fund Raising, Innovation, Project proposal writing, Report Writing.
∎ Age 28 to 45 years.
∎ At least 4/5 years of practical experience in the relevant field in which at least 1/2 years in a similar position/ role in any reputed Company.
∎ Capacity-building experience including training and skills development on fundraising is desirable.
∎ Experience in developing successful proposals and/or tender bids to private corporations, trusts and foundations, high net worth individuals and fundraising campaigns.
∎ Command a deep personal understanding of corporate strategies - both commercial and CSR - to develop stronger relationships and alignment with the organization and cultivate partnership opportunities.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30,000 - 50,000 (As per skilled and qualified)
More skilled and qualified candidates deserve more (It`s Negotiable)
As per the provision of the organization
