Merchandising
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate must have well communication skill with customers.
∎ Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives
∎ Must have ability to Prepare costing sheet, to maintain customer wise Order Management file
∎ Must have adequate knowledge to prepare BOM sheet, Requisition & budget of materials
∎ To follow up concern team from materials handover date to inhouse materials.
∎ Analysis of sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges wise stock
∎ Must have the experience & confidence to maintain individual customer’s account.
∎ Collaborate with buyers, suppliers to negotiate prices, quantities and ensure delivery in time.
∎ Must have knowledge for post shipment cost analysis.
∎ Identify and resolve problems related to inventory schedule.
∎ Must have positive thinking personality to follow up with concern all production team, warehouse team, R&D till the goods shipment get done.
∎ Must have willingness to learn sincerely & implement properly.
∎ Must be honest, Sincere to work & proactive
∎ Take the challenge to work even in adverse environment.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
