Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement the Sales & Marketing Strategy for the growth of the Organization
∎ Market assessments, sales trends analysis and movements to ensure development of a robust business plan and its implementation.
∎ Track information on competitor strategy and market condition directly and through sales force.
∎ Manages relationship development with prospective customers with a view to enhancing sales volume.
∎ Directs and supervises close working with customers to monitor customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution of the same.
∎ Support of sales processes via phone calls to the customers.
∎ Must be a very good finisher/ deal closer in over the cell phone selling.
∎ Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
∎ Enter and update customer information in the database.
∎ Must be Target Oriented.
∎ Responsible to achieve individual sales target.
∎ Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
∎ Corporate sales planning and implementation.
