Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum graduation from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving sales target.
∎ Ability to work independently and effectively in complex situation.
∎ Provide monthly performance feedback of the Field Forces with detail credit status
∎ Must be target oriented, able to discharge responsibilities & be result oriented.
∎ Answer customers on products, prices, availability, uses, payment terms and condition.
∎ Gathering market and customer information.
∎ Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
∎ Manage existing and potential customers via personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
∎ Able to provide sales report/ Market forecast on a daily basis.
∎ Support for Sales performance/ Strategies
∎ Other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time as when required.
∎ Of arranging land on joint venture will be considered as extra experience.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Sales, Marketing, Real Estate
∎ Having extra ordinary qualities, strong & proactive aptitude with good knowledge & experience in sales and marketing in real estate.
∎ Good personality, well behaved, smart, sober & soft spoken.
∎ Candidate with good professional, efficiency will be given preference.
∎ Should have sufficient computer literacy and IT knowledge & its application.
∎ Hard working, self motivated and proactive.
∎ Professional experience in real estate sector.
∎ Excellent command over English and Bangla in Writing and Speaking.
