Job Context:
∎ Runner Group, a well reputed and leading business group, engaged in diversified business like manufacturing and marketing of motorcycle, footwear; marketing of truck, pickup, lubricants and real estate development.
∎ We are looking for- A dynamic, hardworking & honest person with proven sound understanding of cross-functional administrative and operational aspects of a continuous process industry, who is willing & able to assume the leadership role in a challenging & fast-paced land development unit.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Executing the marketing and sales strategy for achieving the organizational goal by selling Land.
∎ Find out the potential customers & provide them with all information regarding Land project.
∎ Collecting and analyzing the data for preparing marketing and sales strategy.
∎ Receive and attain customers complaints and ensure seamless service delivery.
∎ Establish and maintain profitable relationship with existing and potential customers.
∎ Visit different organizations / places for developing business / creating new clients.
∎ Must be target oriented and able to achieve the target of selling lands.
∎ Ensure collection of booking money, down payment and instalments in time.
∎ Follow-ups, correspondences, and documentations on regular basis with clients.
∎ Prepare agreement deed and issuing letters according to company policy.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Having 2 year relevant Experience Will Be Given Highly Preference.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
∎ Good Computer literacy is must especially in MS Office and E-communication.
∎ Prepare and produce necessary reports to the authority time to time.
∎ Capable of sound reporting for executing management decision.
∎ The candidate should have target oriented.
∎ Ability to work independently and under pressure.
