∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the proper development and on-time delivery of lab dips requested by buyer.
∎ Perform all testing, test planning and reporting as per buyer requirements.
∎ Ensure and follow upthe quality issues of 3rd party factory regarding dyeing, printing, emproidety and various types of washing.
∎ Ensure shade confirmation of various buyers under direct supervision of Lab Manager.
∎ Ensure that all recipes are confirmed according to actual fabric before releasing to bulk production.
∎ Ensure those recipes are at competitive cost by conduction costing and review.
∎ Follow up lab working procedure as per laboratory accreditation programme.
∎ Develop the PGTL test methods as per optimum level of industial standard.
∎ Ensure that Chemicals Dyes and Auxiliaries are tested and passed before issuance for bulk consumption.
∎ Analyze various report results for parametiric verification.
∎ Review the results of the fastness test for; cross staining, washing, water, rubbing, light fastness, perspiration and ensure the accuracy of the result by guiding the personnel the proper procedure of testing the materials.
∎ Ensure that all required performance standard of all the order are received and confirmed before the start of the production.
∎ Ensure that the test conducted is recorded for the review and summary reporting.
∎ Provide the accurate & reliable test results to all concerned departments on time.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned by the Management from time to time.
