Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Masters' degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Computer skill, Leadership, Sales & Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be an expert in selling and marketing real estate property.
∎ Daily client/market visits and reports on all sales activities.
∎ Create new clients and visit residential/commercial areas.
∎ Plan and carry out direct sales activities.
∎ Create new customers, increase sales, develop of marketing strategic plan and works for achieving the plan.
∎ To prepare the daily/ weekly/ quarterly/ half yearly and yearly.
∎ Visit potential customers on regular basis and maintain client database.
∎ Establish & maintain a good relationship with the clients.
∎ Keep the Management update on periodic sales progress.
∎ Must be target oriented and should have striven to achieve the target.
∎ Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet targets & strict deadlines.
∎ Must prepare for extensive traveling in any place or area all around the country as necessary.
∎ To deal with clients and provide them with project information over the telephone.
∎ Responsible for regular following-up clients and maintaining their records Own Company Software
∎ Responsible for dealing with In-house clients.
∎ Responsible for direct prospect visits out of the office.
∎ To visit the apartment with the client for their queries and satisfaction.
∎ Responsible for attending Site office duty and searching outdoor prospects.
∎ Responsible for maintaining after-sales officials' formalities i.e. checking application forms, preparing a payment schedule, preparing the deed of agreement, and signing the client.
∎ To share ideas about how to improve sales with the group leader and other colleagues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years from real Estate/ secondary market
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following areas: Sales & Marketing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business areas: Real estate, Developer
∎ Additional requirements:
