Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to work with a professional sales team to achieve set targets.
∎ Must Experience real estate Sales Experience and secondary Real estate sector
∎ Ability to team building and maintain
∎ Ability to Under Pressure
∎ Ability To Target Achieve
∎ The applicants should have the potential to develop new clients and maintain a good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the organization.
∎ Good Negotiation Skill
∎ Regular Market visits, meeting with prospective customers, and generating new customers.
∎ Regular follow-up to the existing customer and up-to-date the customer with full information.
∎ Work with the salesman to attend meetings, and collect customer requirements.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team for effective communication with existing and potential customers.
∎ Analyze competition activities for new products and coordinate with sellers to develop different product strategies accordingly.
∎ To train salespeople and authorized sellers and prepare an assessment report.
∎ Determine product pricing by handling data analysis & market research.
∎ Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service.
∎ Attend trade fairs and travels to meet clients as needed.
