∎ Bsc. in Computer Science and Engineering
∎ Skills Required: CCTV Maintaining, IP Network, IT Support Service
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate IT Support, End User Support
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Configure & maintain Network Printers, IP surveillance, Access control, and IP Phone, etc.
∎ Provide IT support over the phone, online or in-person; depending on the requirement.
∎ Carry out tests on new devices before implementing them inside the organization
∎ Troubleshoot Computer Hardware and user IT support for LAN, OS, and email issues, etc.
∎ Provide IT supports to end-users for their Desktop, Laptop, Network Connection, Scanner, Printer & other IT assets as per company IT policy.
∎ Visit different units and departments for IT support (if needed).
∎ Installation and hardware troubleshooting of Windows and MS office etc.
∎ Maintain liaison with the users for any IT-related issues.
∎ Maintain CCTV/IP Camera, Biometric Finger, Attendance software & Access Control Device.
∎ Manage the stock of equipment, printer & copier cartridges, and other supplies related to the IT department.
