Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Troubleshoot the computer hardware and end-user IT support for LAN, OS, and e-mail issues, etc.
∎ Experience on network devices (Switch, AP, etc.)
∎ Have a good technical understanding of IT Infrastructure and IT Security.
∎ Provide IT supports to end-users for their Desktop, Laptop, Network Connection, Scanner, and Printer & Other IT assets as per company IT policy.
∎ Configure & maintain network Printers, CCTV/IP surveillance, Access control, and PABX/IP Phone, etc.
∎ Configure and troubleshoot antivirus server and file server independently
∎ Visit different units and depots for IT support (if needed)
∎ Must have experience in hardware troubleshooting, Windows 10 and MS Office, etc.
∎ Maintain liaison with external service providers or vendors on major system problems.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At list 4 years of experience in IT Deskside & Network support area.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ IT System Management, Network Engineer/Network Administrator, Security Management for IT System, and system engineer (computer network & system).
∎ Understanding of enterprise computing environments, distributed applications,s and a strong understanding of TCP/IP networks.
∎ Administrate windows server applications AD, DC, DNS, and DHCP
∎ Microsoft and Cisco Certified candidates will get preference.
∎ Excellent written and oral communications skills in English
∎ Ability to multiple task handling
∎ Persuasive and approachable you are able to successfully manage relations with users, colleagues, and other stakeholders
