Responsibilities & Context:
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Ensure day today support of regular Internet & Internal Network, Mail, CCTV maintenance, Attendance System, Tally and trouble shooting.
2. Conduct regular checks on CCTV connectivity and ensure data security.
3. Identify and act on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
Establish user accounts and permissions including file shares, email, remote connections, and Internet access.
Responsible for smooth functioning of the computer system including workstations, laptops, printers, UPS, multimedia.
Maintain hardware and software vendor relationships.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the management .
Graphics design (All official design work).
ERP support .
