Skills Required: 3ds max,AutoCAD,Revit,SketchUp
Additional Requirements:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit.
Strong knowledge of working drawings and the ability to revise/modify as required.
Good understanding of materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective problem-solving abilities.
Capability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare interior design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and 3D visualizations.
Develop detailed working drawings for furniture, ceiling, electrical, and finishes.
Coordinate with site engineers, vendors, and contractors on project execution.
Review shop drawings, material samples, and BOQs.
Conduct site visits to monitor work quality, finishing, and design accuracy.
Attend client meetings to present design ideas and updates.
