∎ Age 26 to 38 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and design line layouts for man, machine, and materials to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.
∎ Cross-check the operation bulletin and develop plans for the layout.
∎ Allocate the best operator for the most suitable process.
∎ Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to optimize the manufacturing process, staff requirements, and production standards.
∎ Perform SAM (Standard Allocated Minute) calculations and set production targets.
∎ Conduct time studies, work studies, motion studies, and method studies for continuous improvement.
∎ Monitor and control Work In Progress (WIP) for smooth production flow.
∎ Identify bottlenecks in operations and implement solutions to eliminate them.
∎ Develop multi-skilled operators and arrange training sessions to enhance skills.
∎ Conduct operator interviews, evaluations, and provide visual training.
∎ Create and maintain a skill matrix and style-wise line-related files.
∎ Conduct capacity studies and balance the production line for maximum output.
∎ Work closely with production personnel to establish best practices.
∎ Coordinate with production, store, and merchandising departments to ensure smooth production processes.
∎ Develop and implement strategies for effective process development.
