∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in IPE
∎ Bachelor degree preferred in garments/ Textile.
∎ BGMEA University of Fashion Technology students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Time Study determining capacity of operators (workers) and planning improvement
∎ Very good understanding on SMV
∎ Doing capacity study, method study, production study, line balancing etc.
∎ Preparing Operation Breakdown/ Layout & calculate Man power & Machinery
∎ Daily manpower balancing, target setting & achievement monitoring.
∎ Non-productive time calculation.
∎ Operator's skill test & skill matrix preparation
∎ Input in-hand, WIP, change over time monitoring
∎ Closely work with the production floor/ line management
∎ Ensure the instructions of the Industrial Engineering Department.
∎ Report to the superiors

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years

∎ Production, Production Management (Sewing), Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing), Production Management (Cutting), Work Study.
