Job Context:
∎ Financial statement finalizes & analyze.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing of yearly budgets (with monthly break-up) that will serve as a tool of performance management systems combining all the functions of the units.
∎ Introduce and continue monthly performance reporting, draw up forms & procedures as required, review variances and analyze performances.
∎ Arrange monthly meeting regarding Following month estimated CM vs Expenditure and take action plan.
∎ Optimize working capital by regular review of components viz. inventories, accounts receivables, accounts payable, advances, cash & cash equivalents etc. and report monthly.
∎ Set up an inventory control system, work out maximum, minimum and re-order stock levels and monitor stocks.
∎ Ensure proper valuation of inventory to make sure that the elements of cost of products are being considered properly to ascertain the valuation of raw materials, work-in-progress and finished products.
∎ Identify areas of inefficiency, areas of potential cost reduction and take necessary initiatives to improve.
∎ Evaluate the major capital expenditure projects in line with the Company's capital expenditure policy and guidelines.
∎ Supervision all banking transaction and monthly bank reconciliation and updates accounts accordingly.
∎ Operation and production cost variance, formulation of strategic and reduce operating cost in all sector.
∎ Optimize working capital needs by regular review of working capital levels as compared to yearly budget.
∎ Review accounts receivables to ensure that the balance is within agreed levels.
∎ Review advances regularly to ensure that these are settled within due dates.
∎ Maintain PI/LC Register.
∎ Monthly bank Reconciliation.
∎ Monthly Financial Report (Profit & Loss, balance Sheet) Submit to management.
∎ Fund Management.
∎ Check Bills as per accounting Compliance.
∎ Check payroll and disbursement.
∎ Make LC Closing entry in the system on time.
∎ Fixed assets Audit and tagging monthly addition.
∎ Tax & Vat activities.
∎ Analyze Cost and implement cost reduction measures and identify new cost saving areas.
∎ Check and verify all Production related reports.
∎ Well conversant with Tally software and excel.
∎ Sound communications skill with related parties.
