Job Context:

∎ HFAML invites applications from suitable candidates for the position of Executive/Sr. Executive (ICT).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position holder will have the responsibility for smooth running of computer systems of the Company as well as providing management with information relating to research by developing module. Individual tasks will vary, but he/she will generally need to do or coordinate with the outsourced parties to perform the following tasks:
∎ Develop and install software module and documentation
∎ Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications
∎ Monitor and maintain computer system and network
∎ Maintain communication with staff or clients through series of actions/conversations, either face to face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve the issue
∎ Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware or software faults • Design MIS proforma and retrieve data from database for management aid
∎ Provide support in research related works like finding unrealized gain of portfolios, performance analysis of listed stocks and open end funds with the help of research team
∎ Support the relevant new applications
∎ Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
∎ Respond within agreed time, work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
∎ Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time
∎ Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers • Test and evaluate new technology
∎ Designing, development and maintenance of website.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates with practical work experience in Asset Management Company will attract priority.
