Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling disciplinary action.
∎ Recruitment & Selection.
∎ Daily and Monthly new join statement.
∎ Monthly manpower statement.
∎ Checking new join employee’s information.
∎ Bank co-ordination.
∎ Performance appraisal from preparing and issuing.
∎ Promotion, increment, transfers letter issues.
∎ Long absent procedure.
∎ Separate and reserve the personal files of the close employee and file up the required documents.
∎ Preparing injury bills.
∎ Preparing final settlement bill.
∎ Preparing final settlement budget.
∎ Service benefit ready.
∎ Officer’s contract renewal.
∎ Preparing officer, staff and worker job description.
∎ Rectify old personal file.
∎ Preparing and issuing Experience letter, NOC letter, Clearance certificate, Job certificate.
∎ Circulate officer job vacancy through BDJOBS.COM
∎ Employee Police Verification and Background check.
∎ Documents file up in personal file and personal file update.
∎ Any other task introduced by the supervisor that related to documentation on HR.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Advance in MS office Package.
∎ Typing Speed preferable Bangla 25 & English 30 per Minute.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Labor Law.
∎ Ability to work under-pressure.
∎ Good communication Skill in English
