Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • PGDHRM will be preferable.

Additional Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge in Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Coordinate recruitment, training, and PMS for all levels of employees at the plant.

  • Monitor employees’ attendance and prepare a monthly attendance sheet for salary processing for all permanent and contractual employees.

  • Monitor CC cameras, keep them functional, and assist overall plant security.

  • Prepare different types of bills, such as the monthly lunch bill, the monthly refreshment bill, the night allowance bill, and the cash payment bill.

  • Check daily labor attendance and the monthly daily labor bill provided by the contractor.

  • Monitor scrap yard and waste item selling activity.

  • Contact daily labor suppliers while requiring any new daily labor.

  • Assist with proper housekeeping, cleanliness, and beautification within plant premises,

  • Monitor canteen facilities, and monitor the monthly housekeeping calendar.

  • Prepare a daily administrative activity report.

  • Drive and ensure employee engagement initiatives such as the annual iftar party, the annual picnic, etc.

  • Maintain liaison with different government and non-government bodies and renew relevant licenses on time.

  • Submit the land tax and the UP tax on time.

  • Maintenance of office vehicles and keeping proper movement records.
