Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline from a national / Foreign University;
∎ Professional training in Marketing will be an added advantage;

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments Marketing, Knit Garments printing, Screen Printing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to collect orders from different knit garments industries to full utilization of screen-printing factories;
∎ Analyze market trends and provide feedback, recommend marketing and business development strategies;
∎ Liaison with the concerned Screen/Chest Printing factories;
∎ Advance communication with the related dept. such as planning, production, quality team, etc.;
∎ Conscious about internal screen-printing orders and considering this, proceed for sub-contract proactively;
∎ Keen follow up with the sub-contract orders from development to ship as on T&A;
∎ Regular customer visit to ensure seamless communication with the buyers and buying houses;
∎ Continuous monitoring of competitors activities and reporting with the recommendation to make marketing strategy;
∎ Price negotiation, order placement and order sheet control in consultation with Head of Screen Print Marketing;
∎ Take price approval from management before starting sub contract orders;
∎ Achieve the monthly/quarterly/annual target of the region and ensure order collection in maximum number;
∎ Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential;
∎ Keep records of revenue, invoices etc. and report submission to Management;
∎ Prepare and implement monthly/quarterly/yearly strategic marketing plan of print fabrics;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 2 years proven track record in leading and managing a large marketing team;
∎ Resilience, proactivity and ability to work under pressure with a can-do attitude;
∎ Conceptual, analytical, documentation and presentation skills;
∎ Proficiency in English communication and knowledge in MS office (specifically Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint);
∎ Willing to frequent visit all over the country as and when required for business needs;
