Job Responsibilities:
∎ Development and Implementation of marketing plan for Apartments Sales.
∎ Ability to work independently and effectively in complex and competitive situation.
∎ Capability to answer customers query on products, price, availability, uses, payment terms and condition, clear knowledge on FAR calculation and Bank loans etc.
∎ Build strong relationship with the clients and regular follow-up with existing and potential clients.
∎ Follow up company sales and promotional activities.
∎ Develop and manage digital/online marketing campaigns. Develop content for the social media.
∎ Generating sales through creating and maintaining sales channels.
∎ Motivate and manage existing and potential customers through personal contact, making personal visit and meeting physically with marketing materials of company.
∎ Corporate marketing in different organization for generating new clients.
∎ Setting plan to achieve own sales target.
∎ Monitoring and coordinating the credit recovery.
∎ Capable to provide sales report, Market forecast, sales planning on regular basis.
∎ Any other duty assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having good knowledge and experience in marketing and sales of Apartments.
∎ Hard working, self motivated and proactive.
∎ Excellent command over English and Bangla in communication.
Salary: Negotiable
