Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Banking.
∎ CA (partly qualified) can also apply.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting all banking related tasks, regular communications and maintaining all bank transactions.
∎ Executing MIS, fund request, bank reconciliation, preparing various reports for the management.
∎ Preparing regular analysis of income and expenditure to assist management in the budget monitoring process.
∎ Would be responsible for getting local and foreign loan/equity approval from Govt/Private Bank including financial institution on short/mid/long term basis.
∎ Receiving and reviewing financial documents from customers and employees on regular basis.
∎ Arranging all required documentation regarding bank loan and other official requirements.
∎ Coordinating with relevant bank departments to receive statistical data and source documents.
∎ Executing regular statutory reports related to tax, vat, and any financial and business-related trade information.
∎ Should have experience on preparing feasibility report (New project), financial reports, credit authorization.
∎ Keeping record of bill/invoices/challan for future reference.
∎ Preparing deposit slip and transfer documents for cheque & cash deposit to bank.
∎ Syndication financing with feasibility study & credit risk grading, Project funding/ development work and bonded warehouse management.
∎ Have knowledge in fund raising by issuance of Shares/debenture/bond & IPO and Share Capital Management.
∎ Must have expert in obtaining loan or equity from Banks, financial institutions and foreign funding agencies.
∎ Calculating and deduct VDS and TDS and deposit to bank.
∎ Staying up-to-date with all relevant changes in VAT /Tax regulations and their potential impact on the organization.
∎ Checking cost affecting information with different department.
∎ Managing cash flow for the company.
∎ Monitoring Billing and Recovery.
∎ Doing any other activities as and when required by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Skills Required: Data analysis and presentation, Effective Communication, Problem solving and decision making.
∎ Must have good knowledge about modern financial management, including financial planning, budget, and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact.
∎ Strong ability to lead the team and well versed in computer application.
∎ Excellent team player, independent, Can-Do attitude, self-motivated & result oriented.
∎ Meticulous, detailed, well organized and able to work to meet deadlines.
∎ Excellent communication ability both in written & spoken English.
∎ Works efficiently and calmly tight deadlines or other stress factors arise.
