Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure adequate lighting at the Premises common areas
∎ Maintenance of all Fire equipment like: Fire Pump, Extinguisher, Hydrant, Sprinkler, etc.
∎ Maintain all Lifts, Air Cooler, Exhaust Fan, DB & AC
∎ Do CAPEX, AMS, MR & VMS requisition & approval process
∎ Monthly Rented AC bill checking & submission to Accounts Department
∎ Ensure general maintenance of all common and manufacturing facilities
∎ Ensure CCTV Functionality
∎ Maintain all internal infrastructure like: peripheral boundaries, building, internal roads, drainage system, etc.
∎ Audit & impose RSC CAPS to all common areas
∎ Supervise Masson, Painter and Plumber for daily activity under SoW maintenance.
∎ Ensure adequate materials for daily works are available in stock.
∎ Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.
∎ Maintain strong professional relationship among all internal stakeholders.

∎ Age at least 23 years
