Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA from any recognized and reputed university.
∎ MBA major in Marketing will be given preference.

Candidate must have experience on Documentation, Export, Export Commercial, Local Export Procedure
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Main responsibility is to find out the potential Consumer/ Food related buyer from abroad, regarding export of consumer foods and industrial manufactured food products to worldwide specially middle East, Africa and new continent having export experience will be highly appreciated.
∎ Online Booking, Export document prepare, document submit to Bank & follow up to receive the payment
∎ To implement and review commercial strategic decision on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis in accordance with the overall business mission and vision.
∎ Procedures and monitor all financial and currency processes and transactions and manage all communication with export authorities for all required countries.
∎ Design and implement all export strategies and activities.
∎ Ensure compliance to all export objectives.
∎ To prepare of export documents for banks, C&F, Customs and other bodies.
∎ To maintain the liaison with bank, shipping lines, C&F and others.
∎ To be familiar with online booking submissions on DAMCO, APL, expo freight and other top class forwarder's website.
∎ To monitor regularly & track various stages of export as well as payment follow -up.
∎ Communicate with buyers, banks, freight forwarders, C&F agents & CFS personnel.
∎ To monitor regular export policy, Bangladesh Bank Guidelines, & related other issues.
∎ To ensure handing over relevant documents to operations for transportation of goods and materials to and from ports.
∎ To manage yearly customs audit claims independently.
∎ Constant search for new customers and opening new export markets and developing and strengthening relationships with existing customers.
∎ Supervising the processing of samples required in coordination with the Department of production and quality.
∎ To check the bill of lading (BL) & AWB (Airway bill).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Export documentation.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area (s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), and Food Industry.
∎ Have to handle full export procedure in FMCG goods.
∎ Should have a clear concept of preparing export documents through L/C & sales contract.
∎ Computer skill on MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
∎ Communication skill in English language.
∎ Capable to work under pressure.
∎ High attention to detail and accuracy
