Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting/Finance, Or Masters in Any Discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Master data management on SD module in ERP.
∎ Provide support on user transactions and requirements.
∎ Manage user ID with authorization control.
∎ Analyze Impact over the business requirements in ERP
∎ Analyze the ASIS business process and create TOBE according to client requirement.
∎ Expertise on solving user problems in SAP, troubleshoot on queries for fifty plus companies and 200 plus users.
∎ Configure and customize SD & LE Module.
∎ Design, configure and administer SAP- SD & LE functional modules.
∎ Condition records management price, promotion, route master etc.
∎ Report to line manager (LM) as per reporting guidelines to comply with Report Analytics.
∎ Comply with prescriptions for improvement to be provided by LM in daily/weekly/monthly meeting.
∎ Do needful as result of feedback of performance appraisal against set KPls.
∎ Report on gross non-conformity immediately
Additional Requirements:
∎ SAP experience in module-specific support team as well as end-user training.
∎ Well trained in maintaining the key master data in Sales and Distribution, and name and define the required business structures.
∎ Fully trained to work with various documents of Sales and Distribution (Inquiries, Quotations, Sales Orders, Contracts, Outbound Deliveries, Billing Documents, etc.).
∎ Knowledge of Customizing Credit Management and Rebates.
∎ Knowledge of different types of Sales Documents, Shipping and Billing.
∎ Knowledge of cross-functional application customizing, to map Sales and Distribution (SD) requirements in SAP system.
