Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage master data such as GL Master, Cost Center, Profit Center, Fi Customer, FI Vendor, Asset Master, Internal Order Management on FICO Module in the System Applications and Product in Data processing.
∎ Provide detailed training to end-users on FICO Transactions (Cash, Bank, Journals, etc.) and also arrange periodic reviews on the same.
∎ Manage user ID and roles with authorization control as per company guidelines.
∎ Assist module leader in solving user queries on various transactions and reports for around sixty-plus companies and 300-plus users.
∎ Explore to adopt new functionality or checks control using basic configuration & module knowledge.
∎ Assist to monitor offshore and internal technical teams on pending Change Requests relating to transactions, reports, or any business requirements.
∎ Perform testing in the test environment and record test, defect register, and circulate to the technical team for resolution.
∎ Escalate business critical issues/requirements to the team members as well as reporting heads and notify user anomalies, if observed, immediately with the line manager.
∎ Prepare periodic reports and provide them to the Line Manager [LM] & Project Manager [PM] on module status and an upcoming project with a mitigation plan.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Practical Experience in ERP Software (FICO Module).
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
∎ Sound interpersonal skills.
∎ Candidates with CA-CC/CMA (part qualified) will get preference.
