Brick, Cement, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Paint, Tiles/Ceramic
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor the delivery from the distribution centers, to ensure the products are delivered in an accurate and timely manner.
∎ To handle questions or complaints and offer solutions to customer and dealers regarding finished product delivery.
∎ To ensure that Tracks/ Cargo is delivered in a timely manner, to track and traces the process.
∎ To coordinate with production and sales department for smooth distribution operation.
∎ To supervise the transportation of goods from production site to dealer and to client or customer.
∎ To develop and implement a logistics process and distribute finished products.
∎ To devise routes for tracks/cargoes and monitor progress of major deliveries to ensure receipt.
∎ To direct the activities of logistics division and collaborate with marketing executives to ensure that new products reach the right markets at the optimal time.
∎ To ensure goods are stored properly and at the right temperature.
∎ To conduct market research to learn about the demand for different goods and decide appropriate quantities of items to stock.
∎ To ensure inventory maintains optimal levels.
∎ He will be responsible for planning the storage and transportation of products from manufacturers to dealer and customers.
∎ He will arrange documentation for product storage and distribution. They complete forms when they receive goods in the warehouse and note any storage issues, such as sell-by dates of perishable goods.
∎ To deliver goods by their scheduled dates and minimize costs, distribution managers look at the available transportation options.
∎ In planning transportation, he must consider the environmental impact of their options. By combining loads and minimizing the number of journeys, they can help reduce the company's carbon footprint.
∎ He monitors the costs of storage and distribution, and provide reports to the company's finance and marketing team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have strong negotiation skill and strategic thinking ability.
∎ SAP professional will get additional advantage.
∎ Should be hard working, responsible with pleasant personality.
∎ Must be a team player and able to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent computer literacy and communication skill in English is a must.
∎ Should be pro-active, self-motivated and self-driven.
Salary: Negotiable
