Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture, Master of Science (MSc) in Farm Power and Machinery
∎ B. Sc in Agriculture Engineer with MBA in Marketing will be Preferred.
∎ Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
B2B Sales, Market Research, Planning, Problem Solving, Sourcing, Tender Preparation, Tender Processing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and maintaining strong relationship with different government offices, industries and corporate houses.
∎ Maintaining all documentation and ensuring logistics for tendering and large sales.
∎ To plan, organize and take initiatives to achieve monthly & yearly sales target.
∎ Providing maximum support and knowledge including product demo to the end users.
∎ Analyzing market trends and competitors business strategy as well as updating higher authorities.
∎ To prepare targeted sales and collection report with achievement.
∎ Frequently communicate with corporate customer by providing support, information, and guidance.
∎ Researching and recommending new opportunities, profit and service improvements with proper forecasting.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good command in Computer operating, especially MS word, Excel, Power point, office outlook & Internet.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should be self-motivated and possess quality to motivate subordinates.
∎ Should have very good communication and presentation skills.
∎ Good command on both spoken and written English.
∎ Able to Travel frequently.
