Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build strong partnerships with faculty members and bookstore personnel for RFQ and Tender sales.
∎ Regular market visit and Identify corporate and retail clients to promote business and preparing offer letter/quotation, follow-up clients, and close the deal.
∎ Able to take different marketing strategies and customer base in consultation with management
∎ Grow the customer base through marketing and business development efforts and keep the
∎ business running among existing customers.
∎ Finding new customers for business development and ensuring maximum customer service through providing product, promotion and pricing information and answering questions, product presentation and giving demonstration etc.
∎ Able to achieve sales targets on a monthly basis
∎ Make and set Daily/ Weekly/ and Monthly basis action plans for achieving the sales target.
∎ Knowledge of market analysis, sales promotion, customer management principles, and practices
∎ Prepare reports like sales and marketing, for the Departmental as and when needed.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Books market and Stationary sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Ed sales
∎ Age up to 35 years
∎ Only males/ females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be a team player, proactive and self-motivated.
∎ Should be willing to take initiative and target driven.
∎ Strong business sense and industry expertise.
∎ Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Must have good negotiation skills.
∎ Very good skills in MS Office.
