Job Responsibilities:
∎ Devising strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales in our online store.
∎ Creating frameworks that transform sites into highly profitable platforms.
∎ Leading corporate sales and direct sales team to meet committed sales target
∎ Directing the activities of software developers, copywriters, and graphic designers to ensure careful adherence to predetermined strategies.
∎ Maintaining strong relationships with publishers, writers, payment gateways, and other stakeholders to bring affinity programs.
∎ Managing after-sales activities like payment collection, return and others properly
∎ Analyzing competitors and market demand regularly to determine the strategy
∎ Managing product lifecycle and data entry team
∎ Crafting promotional offers and overseeing marketing activities
∎ Analyzing traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
∎ Examining sales-related metrics to meet sales targets and manage the purchasing team
∎ Strong knowledge of warehouse management
∎ Strong knowledge of customer care department activities
∎ Reporting and any other duty as given by the management from time to time.
∎ Taking care of the digital properties of the company
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required:
∎ MS Excel, E-commerce Business operation, Effective communication skills, Excellent Presentation Skills,
∎ Negotiation Skills
∎ At least 3 years of working experience in E-commerce is a must
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): E-commerce
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Digital commerce, Sales & Marketing
∎ Must be a team player, proactive and self-motivated.
∎ Should be willing to take initiative and target driven.
∎ Strong business sense and industry expertise.
∎ Good communication skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Must have good negotiation skills.
∎ Very good skills in MS Excel
