Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct regular market visits and prepare detailed reports on findings, trends, and opportunities.
∎ Submit reports to the Team Leader on a daily basis for review and planning.
∎ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and orders to ensure consistent business growth and future sustainability.
∎ Drive sales initiatives to meet and exceed revenue targets through active client engagement, upselling, and strategic outreach.
∎ Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure high satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
∎ Monitor industry trends, gather competitive intelligence, and analyze market data to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
∎ Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and enhance brand presence.
∎ Negotiate with clients to secure profitable deals while ensuring alignment with company policies and customer expectations.
