Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute the employee health and safety activities and awareness programs as per the company policies after fixed interval
∎ Extensively work on Non Compliance (NC) Issues which are being identified at internal/external audit in order to close the NC within the deadline by allocation proper resources to meet the deadline.
∎ Run the function of grievance management and counseling for the workers as per guideline of labor law
∎ Daily floor visits to ensure compliance with labor law and report any issues of deviation as compare to standard to the concerned authority
∎ Execute Opex invoice against service/ product procured and make report on the same after fixed interval.
∎ Prepare and manage the maternity benefit payout for female workers as per company policies.
Salary: Negotiable
