So we are looking for energetic, smart people for different section such as Top to bottom, kitchen, FNB, sales & Marketing, IT etc. For the result, we are seeking for dynamic, creative, culinary sales specialists to create & lead our sales team who are seeking a career transition. Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability and desire to build and cultivate business relationships.
∎ Develop and execute sales plans that promote and sell high sustainably raised cuisine items.
∎ Develop new business through networking and consultative sales approach and grow existing accounts.
∎ Keep up with market trends; understand your customer business and present product solutions based on clients' needs and goals.
∎ Perform administrative duties such as; preparing and presenting proposals, reporting against individual sales performance plans and maintaining sales records.
∎ Should have skilled at problem solving.
∎ Can execute outstanding service to clients.
∎ With an understanding of high quality culinary products to expand our territory.
∎ Strong food knowledge and management experience in quality full service restaurants.
∎ To be successful you will possess a strong entrepreneur spirit and knowledge of exquisite food.
∎ Strong communication, collaboration and presentation skills are essential.
∎ You must be detail oriented, self-motivated, enthusiastic, tenacious and creative without being overbearing.
∎ Any task assign by management should have positive attitude.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s) experience in Catering Banquet Sales & Marketing at local and multinational brand hotels & Restaurant.
∎ Foreign experience people are get preference.
∎ The applicant's gets additional preference has knowledge in multi cuisine.
∎ Proficiency in English
∎ Proven working experience as an Executive, Manager.
∎ Excellent record of professional experience.
∎ Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
∎ Capable of delegating multiple tasks.
∎ Communication and leadership skills.
∎ PC skills and proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Salary: Negotiable
