• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries, complaints and service requests efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Customer-focused mindset with a high level of professionalism.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good reporting and documentation skills.
• Basic technical understanding (preferred for ISP related roles)

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain professionalism and patience in challenging customer situations.
• Keep customers informed on issue progress and ensure timely follow-up until resolution.
• Follow Incident Management procedures and maintain accurate records/reporting.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Willing to perform outdoor/field duties as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution.
• Prepare reports, documentation and provide user training when required.
• Lead and monitor field sales agents to ensure performance targets are met.
• Support field operations including customer visits and service delivery.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and ethical standards in all activities.
