• Prepare and circulate the daily route plan to all sales team members to ensure effective field activity management.

• Achieve the assigned monthly sales target through client engagement, regular follow-ups, lead conversion, quotation management, and new business development.

• Monitor team compliance with the assigned route plans and ensure timely field movement and task execution.

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date entry of all relevant information in the CRM system, maintaining data integrity and visibility for the management.

• Coordinate meeting with Accounts to review sales actualization, identify gaps, and propose corrective actions.

• Client follow-up tasks to relevant team members and ensure timely and satisfactory completion of all follow-up activities.

• Conduct regular digital marketing coordination meetings to align sales activities with ongoing marketing campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.

• Coordinate with relevant departments, including Accounts, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure smooth order processing, timely client service, and effective execution of sales commitments.
