• Air Ticketing and Visa processing skills
• Customer Service Good communication skills
• Good communication skills in both English and Bangla
• The ability to work under pressure
• Internet Browsing Language skills both in Bengali and English
• Applicants Prefer experience in the following areas: International Customer Support, International Project Management, International Sales/Marketing experience as International Client Service Manager or International Client relationship Manager.
• Must be able to work in extreme work pressure.
• Good in spoken and written English (Computer, MS-Word, MS-Excel etc.)
• The ability to work under pressure

• Clients follow up, Emailing, Online Browsing, Ability to take the correct decision.

• Develop & maintain strong business relationships with clients through regular communication & meetings.

• Communicate with clients on a daily basis via email/verbally and maintain the workflow of client projects.
