Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop sales plan to meet the monthly as well as yearly sales target.
- Collect and share the competitor's information regarding different policies, offers, and sales and marketing strategies & aquatic product analysis
- Visit potential dealers for new business opportunities & to the fish farms to ensure technical support to the farmers.
- Building & maintaining cordial relationships with Technical experts, Customers & collaboration with other departments #Managing sales team by training, guiding & supervising the field force
