Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Set effective strategy and provide guidelines to sales colleagues to achieve the Sales and Rx target
∎ Maintain relationship with KOLs in the assigned region.
∎ Evaluate the performance of sales colleagues on regular basis and provide motivation and support
∎ Report goals, sales activities market insights and customer data under prescribed communication methods and channels in regular and timely fashion
∎ Job Responsibilities –
