As a key member of our Sales Team, the Executive / Sr. Executive (Apartment Sales) will be responsible for achieving sales targets through proactive client engagement, continuous lead follow-ups, and effective deal closure. The role demands strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills to drive business growth.
Proactively identify, engage, and convert potential clients into confirmed buyers through proven strategies from previous experience, strong relationship-building, and effective communication.
Make regular outbound calls to new and existing leads to generate interest, provide project information, and drive site visits and conversions.
Conduct continuous follow-ups with prospective clients via phone, WhatsApp, and direct meetings to ensure consistent engagement and timely deal closure.
Work independently with minimal supervision, using personal expertise and market knowledge to plan, execute, and achieve sales goals effectively.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing innovative sales techniques and maintaining an active sales pipeline.
Present and promote Valven Homes’ residential projects to potential clients through professional property tours and meetings.
Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products, pricing, features, and market positioning to confidently address client queries and handle objections.
Maintain all lead and client information systematically using Google Spreadsheets for accurate tracking and reporting on prospects, interactions, and sales status.
Take full ownership of client satisfaction, ensuring prompt communication, issue resolution, and creating long-term relationships for repeat and referral business.
Prepare and submit detailed monthly/quarterly sales performance reports, including lead conversion metrics and pipeline forecasts.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and client feedback to support strategic planning and continuous improvement in the sales process.
Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the management.
