Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context: Nakshi Property Solutions (NPS) is a concern of Nakshi Holdings Limited , which is a leading Real Estate Company in Bangladesh. Right now we are looking for Ass. manager and Sr. Executive (Apartment Sales) under the Sales department, who will share our pride and support our continuous business growth by showcasing his talent, skill, experience, expertise, dedication, integrity, accountability & transparency.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design a Sales Plan and review it periodically.
  • Execute the sales strategy to ensure the organization's vision is realized.
  • Formulate periodical targets and optimize accordingly.
  • Hitting monthly/quarterly targets, building relationships, and understanding customer trends.
  • Conduct Sales-related campaigns and activation programs.
  • Closely work with associated departments (i.e., Product Acquisition, Marketing, Business Development, etc.).
  • Identify potential markets/ clients along with new sales opportunities.
  • Leading sales team to obtain assigned targets.
  • Establish guidelines to develop effective Sales strategy and ensure extraordinary customer experience.
  • Create and manage the database and align it with the organizational system.
  • Maintain relationships with the customers.
  • Conducted research and data-driven analytical analysis for sales planning.
  • Encourage openness and trust both internally and externally for self & team motivation and team spirit.
  • Be persuasive and charismatic and work comfortably and effortlessly to adapt to business growth fluctuations.
  • Develop a collaborative relationship among the team members to boost morale and team spirit.
  • Periodical Report Generation and Presentation.
  • Any other task assigned by the Management related to the role.
