• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture
• Diploma in Engineering in Architecture
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Interior Design
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age 22 to 30 years
• Only Female

• Female candidate should have profound knowledge of tele-marketing.
• We are looking candidate which have experience on online platform knowledge.
• Monitoring working updates and informing the concerns.
• Preparing daily marketing reports and implements marketing strategy.
• Ready to do hard works.
• Any other tasks assigned by the management time to time.
• Previous experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset
• Ability to work under pressure with targets and deadlines
• Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM tools will be a plus
• Fluency in Bangla (English proficiency will be an added advantage)

• Make outbound calls and connect with prospective customers.
• Engage with customers on Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, and the company website.
• Respond quickly to customer inquiries and provide clear information about products and services.
• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to encourage sales.
• Promote products through online marketing and digital platforms.
• Maintain updated knowledge of products, offers, and campaigns.
• Handle client objections politely and ensure a positive experience.
• Prepare daily sales reports and keep customer interaction records.
