Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA / MBA / BBS / MBS (Major in Accounting).
∎ Must be commerce background in all educational level.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring, Controlling & auditing all kinds of bill, voucher for ensuring the accurate accounting transaction.
∎ Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
∎ Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
∎ Physical verification of assets and inventories and reconciling the records maintainedin the company's record. Follow & update a system of controls, procedures, and forms for fixed assets register.
∎ Bill/Voucher preparation & deduct TDS, VDS as per NBR Rules. Monthly VAT return preparation & submit.
∎ Receive cheque & cash from concerned department & deposit to the bank.
∎ Maintain all accounts related books and documents (Cash book, Ledger, Cheque register, Stock register, Salary register, fixed assets register, Advance register, Bank
∎ Reconciliation, procurement register etc.).
∎ Check and monitor financial activities, transactions and expenditures.
∎ Provide support service for project implementation.
∎ Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for
∎ investment.
∎ Prepare the financial statement with consideration IAS, BAS & IFRS
∎ Any other related jobs as may be required by the Department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Candidates ready to join with short notice will get privileged.
∎ Civil Engineering, Construction Company related experience will get preference.
∎ Must be skilled in the use of computer including ERP Software, MS Office, Internet,
∎ and E-mail.
∎ Computer Literacy is a must especially in MS Excel.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent written and spoken in English.
